Joel May, Managing Director and Partner. As the leader of BridgeGate's High Technology Sales group, Joel specializes in helping high tech startups attract world class executives to build and manage their field operations organizations. Joel originally became a partner in 2000.

Sales, International Sales, VP of Alliances, VP of Product Marketing and
National Sales Force for Currenex; VP of Alliances Support.com; VP of Sales

Prior to BridgeGate, Joel was a sales executive for Nortel Networks. He has an
undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.

Jim Beaky and his team have helped many
professionals manage their careers, from VP level positions to individual
contributing roles, for pre-IPO and public sector companies with the latest
hardware and software technologies.
One of BridgeGate's Managing Directors, Jim Beaky was recruited to join
BridgeGate to build a new technical sales practice for the firm. His previous
experience in both individual contributing and management roles in pre-sales
engineering, professional services, and post-sales technical Support provided a
solid foundation upon which BridgeGate's Technical Pre-Post Sales practice was
built.
The team's recent clients include Unisphere Networks, Icarian, Kanisa, Business
Objects, MS2, and support.com.
Steve Brown, Managing Director, focuses on searches for CTOs and VPs of Engineering for pre-IPO and recently
public companies in the software and internet industries. Steve's team of
consultants is dedicated to placing talent in engineering, ranging from the
most senior executives to roles as senior engineers. Steve's team has completed
searches for larger software firms such as Oracle, Intuit and Best Software, as
well as for venture-backed companies such as Digital Impact, ColorGraphx,
Stamps.com, FieldCentrix, AccelerateTV/RespondTV, eNow, Softek, ITG and Object
Automation. Steve has been part of the BridgeGate team since 1995
John DiSanto,
Managing Director and co-manager of BridgeGate's High Technology Sales group, specializes in building field sales teams for established and early stage high technology software firms. His team of specialized recruiters performs multiple-city searches around the country for many BridgeGate clients. John has scaled field sales teams for companies such as Exemplary Software, Kintana and Business Objects, as well as Kanisa, WebCollage, Webridge and Icarian. Prior to joining BridgeGate, John spent eight years selling electronic components and assemblies to OEM's. John has a BSEE and a BSBE from Boston University. John was admitted as a partner in 2003.
