BridgeGate Completes IT Leadership Search for Fireside Bank

BridgeGate LLC, a leading executive search firm today announced that it has completed an executive search assignment for its client Fireside Bank. Ajay Kumar has joined the company to lead the company’s enterprise business applications function and will report to Fireside’s CEO James Landy. BridgeGate’s Managing Partner, Kevin Rosenberg led the search for Fireside Bank.

Ajay brings over 15 years of proven leadership in the enterprise applications market to his position at Fireside Bank. In this new role, Mr. Kumar will be responsible for building and growing Fireside’s portfolio of enabling technology including the repositioning of the company’s core lending and banking systems as well the development of Fireside’s consumer facing web presence.

Prior to joining Fireside, Mr. Kumar held technical leadership positions with eLoan a division of Banco Poplar. At eLoan, Mr. Kumar was responsible for leading the team charged with developing the company’s award winning portfolio of business applications and its customer facing web properties.
