Before joining SuccessFactors, Dejear was the Director of Public Relations at Documentum for the past 4 years, a publicly traded enterprise software company. Prior to Documentum, Dejear was an integral part of the success of the high profile PR firm the Horn Group out of their San Francisco office. Mr. Dejear obtained his B.A. degree from the University of California Los Angeles.
