Merced Systems Names Vice President of Sales

Merced Systems, the leader in contact center and operations performance management applications, announced today the appointment of Jim Wilson as vice president of sales. Wilson joins Merced Systems with over 15 years experience leading sales organizations at enterprise application companies and most recently served as senior sales director at Groove Networks, a subsidiary of Microsoft.

During his career, Wilson has held key executive positions including regional sales director at Inktomi, and vice president of sales, South Asia and Korea Area and regional director of Korean operations at Parametric Technology Corporation.
