Vontu hires Margie Mader-Clark as VP of human resoruces for Vontu

BridgeGate is pleased to announce the hiring of Margie Mader-Clark as VP of Human Resources for Vontu. Ms. Mader-Clark brings over 16 years of experience in Human Resources Management to Vontu, from companies such as Hyperion and Netscape, with a track record of success. Ms Mader-Clark has built and grown Human Resources teams that directly contribute to the corporate goals.
Ms. Mader-Clark served as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at Hyperion Solutions where she led a global team and managed 43 facilities worldwide. During her tenure, Hyperion achieved 88th on Fortune's list of Top 100 Places to Work in 2004. Also While at Hyperion, Ms. Mader-Clark achievements included instituting a worldwide benefits programs and global Management Development program. Ms. Mader-Clark has also served as V.P. of HR at myplay, inc. and V.P. of HR at AOL/Netscape. At Netscape she spent four years as Director of Bringing in the Cool People as well as Senior Director of HR for Netscape's Sales and Services group including Netcenter, the Netscape portal. Ms. Mader-Clark is the author of The Job Description Handbook (Nolo) and the soon to be published book Smart Discipline (Nolo), a guide to resolving employee issues. She has published numerous articles and served on the Advisory Board for other Nolo publications. Ms. Mader-Clark has a BA in English from University of California, Berkeley.
